Day One Over!
So my first full day of this detox thing has been successful. Oddly enough I have not felt that hungry. I am actually really proud of myself for doing this for a full 24 hours. I work at a food place, and I did not touch one piece of food. How amazing! I sat at home by myself and wrote a paper without eating anything!
I am just praying that tomorrow goes just as well! I am driving home in a bit, putting some laundry in and heading to bed. I should be in bed at about 3:30ish. I have to get up around 10:30ish to go get my dress fitted. After that I am hanging out at home probably alone since my dad is going to visit my twin and my younger sister at their school. I come home from school and he leaves me! Oh well... at least he won't notice that I am not eating. Although I would just tell him about it and he would just laugh at me. I told my boyfriend about it. He said it wasn't that smart... but I really don't have any other choice! I paid for the dress already, and it has to fit!!! I might stop by my grandma's to see if she will give me some money for gas to get home and I might tell her I need grocery money. I think she will give me a little just till I get paid in a week. I hate being broke. But at least I am not tempted to buy food.
Any way... Day two has started!!! I have gone 30 hours so far!!! I am so freaking proud of myself so far!

Crossing it off!
This is just for myself. I want to be able to keep track. To see how far I have gone and how much further I have to go. I really want to make it to the end of the week. I also want to hold myself accountable to doing what I need to get done!Thursday 19 20 21 22 23 24

Changes to the mixture
Well the first time I made this stuff I added too much pepper and that made it awful. So this time I put in less pepper and more lemon juice to make it taste better! I think now I can actually drink this stuff now! I am ready for this stuff to start working!!! I need this to start working!!! -
Day One
I am trying my best to stick to this. But I have never really fasted before. But I am determined to lose this weight. I have told my roommate and my neighbor about what I am doing. So I know they will ask me about it. I am hoping this will help me stay accountable. But I am really scared that I am not going to be able to make it!
I woke up this morning and decided that today I was going to make it! I need my first day on this to go well. I worked out already so that is a great start. But I am nervous I will fault at some point today. But I am really busy today so that will help a lot. I have to go buy some stuff for my class, go to class at 1, and then at 4 I need to write my science paper. At 8 I have to work until close. So as long as I don't eat while writing the paper I will be good.
I really want this to work. So far I have been on this thing for about 11 hours! Which is good. But I have so much longer left to go.

The beginning...
I have to fit into a bridesmaid dress... and I need to lose some serious pounds fast! I have 8 days until the wedding. I am planning on doing the detox diet for 7 full days at least. I have the rehearsal on next Friday. And then we have the rehearsal dinner... so I plan on eating my first meal after the detox then.
Basically I am supposed to drink this weird stuff, I don't eat. And I do this for 7 days. 2tbs of organic maple syrup, 1 squeezed lemon, 1/10 tsp of cayenne pepper, and 10 oz of water. (But I am adding more water so that it is diluted, and might not taste as bad, but it doesn't help that much.)
Other than that stuff I can drink water. But my friend gave me some fat burning/energy boosting pills and a work-out video.
I am just hoping that I lose the pounds I need to lose. I have to fit into that dress. I just hope this detox + these diet pills + work-out video = tons of weight lose!
